Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept any financial options or payment plans?

Although we do not offer payment plans, we do accept Scratchpay and CareCredit. Both can be easily applied for during your appointment, making it easier to manage your payment. We are proud to be partnered with PetAssure as well.

Do you work with pet insurance companies?

Yes, we work with pet insurance companies; however, pet owners are required to pay upfront and file their claims, similar to human medicine. We also offer Vet Connect Pay through Trupanion, allowing your insurance provider to pay us directly at the time of checkout.

What should I do if my pet got into something that could potentially be toxic?

If your pet has ingested something potentially toxic, please contact Pet Poison Control at (855) 764-7661 immediately and head to the hospital—time can be crucial in these situations.

Do you take emergencies?

We are fully equipped to handle emergencies and provide urgent care as a first line of defense. However, please note that we are not an emergency hospital and may refer you to a 24-hour facility if additional care is needed.

What kind of pet’s do you treat?

We primarily treat dogs and cats, but may be able to triage certain pocket pets and wildlife if you call ahead. We’re here to help!
